Modern and purpose built care facilities
Our facilities are modern and have been purpose built to provide safe and comfortable care accommodation. We provide specialist residential, respite, domiciliary and day care services for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, epilepsy and challenging behaviour.
Highly trained, experienced and caring staff
We specifically select our staff for their caring personal qualities as well as their experience, training and formal qualifications. We have a programme of extensive mandatory training and all staff undergo enhanced background checks before they begin employment. Across all of our facilities, we aim to create a welcoming atmosphere and work hard to get to know and build close relationships with our service users and their families.
The Care Quality Commission – our regulator
In our role as a registered social care provider, we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who inspect our facilities to ensure they provide safe, effective, compassionate and high quality care. We take our safeguarding duties towards our service users and staff extremely seriously and have proactive mechanisms in place to ensure their wellbeing.
